The Company’s segments include Drilling and Workover, which includes drilling of oil and gas wells, workover of oil and gas wells, and logging of oil and gas wells; Cementing, which provides cementing services for oil and gas wells; and Coil Tubing, which provides coil tubing services for oil and gas wells. The Company’s geographical segments include India and Overseas. The Company’s products and services include Drilling and Workover, Cementing and Coil Tubing. As of March 31, 2016, the Company operated a total of 81 rigs, including 30 onshore rigs, 45 offshore rigs and six rigs in overseas.
