Tuchman, Chairman and CEO of TTEC. In connection with the offering, the selling stockholder intends to grant the underwriters an option, exercisable for thirty (30) days after the date of entry into the underwriting agreement related to the offering, to purchase up to 450,000 additional shares of common stock, at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts, from the selling stockholder. TTEC is not offering any shares of common stock in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in the offering.
