EMERYVILLE, Calif., Feb. 7, 2024 — Kyverna Therapeutics, Inc. (Kyverna), a patient-centered clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing cell therapies for patients suffering from autoimmune diseases, today announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 14,500,000 shares of its common stock at an initial public offering price of $22.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Kyverna. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Kyverna, are expected to be $319.0 million. Kyverna’s common stock is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on February 8, 2024 under the ticker symbol “KYTX.” The offering is expected to close on or about February 12, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. In addition, Kyverna has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,175,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
