Alpine Income Property Trust, Inc. Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., Nov. 27, 2019 – — Alpine Income Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company” or “PINE”) announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 7,500,000 shares of common stock at an initial public offering price of $19.00 per share (the “Offering”). The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,125,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The Company used approximately $125.9 million of the net proceeds of the Offering to acquire, from Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co., 15 of the 20 properties in the Company’s initial portfolio.
The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “PINE” on November 22, 2019.Raymond James & Associates, Inc., Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated, B.
