NEW YORK, Nov. 4, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — Rigel Resource Acquisition Corp. (the “Company” or “RRAC”), a special purpose acquisition company, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 27,500,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed on The New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) and will begin trading on November 5, 2021, under the ticker symbol “RRAC.U”. Each unit is comprised of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share. After the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on the NYSE under the symbols “RRAC” and “RRAC WS,” respectively. The offering is expected to close on November 9, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
Rigel Resource Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company whose business purpose is to effect a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
