OSLO, Norway, Sept. 27, 2023 — Opera Limited (NASDAQ: OPRA) (“Opera”), one of the world’s major browser developers and a leading internet consumer brand, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten secondary public offering of 6,876,506 American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) from a pre-IPO shareholder.
Opera intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the ADSs to be sold in the proposed public offering. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
Citigroup and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are lead book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters for the offering. TD Cowen and CICC are also acting as joint book-running managers. Lake Street is acting as co-manager for the offering.
