Juniper II Corp. Announces Full Exercise of Over-Allotment Option and Closing of $299 Million Initial Public Offering

PALO ALTO, Calif.–()–Juniper II Corp. (the “Company”) announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 29,900,000 units, including 3,900,000 units sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option, at a price of $10.00 per unit. Total gross proceeds from the offering were $299,000,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses. The units began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) under the ticker symbol “JUN.U” on November 4, 2021. Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock of the Company and one-half of one warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A common stock of the Company at a price of $11.50 per share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the shares of Class A common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on the NYSE under the symbols “JUN” and “JUN WS,” respectively.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and UBS Securities LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
