(NYSE: FNF) (“FNF”) today announced that it has priced an issuance of $450 million of its 3.200% senior notes due September 17, 2051, through BofA Securities, Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, representatives of the several underwriters. The notes were priced at 99.770% of their principal amount to yield 3.212% per annum. The notes will pay interest semi-annually on March 17 and September 17, beginning March 17, 2022, and mature on September 17, 2051. Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Stephens Inc., U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as co-managers.
The net proceeds of the issuance of the notes will be used for general corporate purposes.
