Emerging Markets Horizon Corp. Announces Pricing of $250 million Initial Public Offering

NEW YORK, Dec. 8, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — Emerging Markets Horizon Corp. (the “Company”), a special purpose acquisition company, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 25,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) and will begin trading on December 9, 2021, under the ticker symbol “HORIU”. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share. After the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “HORI” and “HORIW,” respectively. The offering is expected to close on December 13, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.

Emerging Markets Horizon Corp. is a newly formed blank check company focused on Central & Eastern Europe (“CEE”), Russia or the Commonwealth of Independent States (“CIS”) whose business purpose is to effect a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
